I've been taking Anima Flex for a month due to knee pain. The complex consists of packets with eight large tablets each. After ten days, I began to feel lightness in my knee, and the pain during long walks has diminished, negating any leg cramps. I plan to complete the course and will order more in six months. I'm very satisfied.

Mobility improvement
I ordered this for my mother, who was initially sceptical. However, after a month of following the course, her wrist pain disappeared, which used to disturb her at night due to an old injury. The composition is decent, but for those with significant joint issues, it’s essential to accompany this with proper physical exercise to see results. Personally, my leg pain was alleviated due to my intervertebral hernia treatment; simply drinking this supplement won't suffice.

I'm pleased with this complex, which I’m now taking for the second time. My first experience in 2022 was combined with collagen, yielding great results for knee pain. In 2023, while the effects weren't immediate, I still recommend using collagen along with light leg loads. The packaging quality is excellent, and overall, it has been beneficial.
